In Cursive, I Love You
This collaborative project consisted of five main components: an original dance performance with live accompaniment by a pianist, an original poem, an original painting, an original musical composition, and a presentation of the project showcasing the painting, poem, and a video of the live dance performance.
I functioned as project manager with Amanda Fischer, my main collaborative partner. My original poem, "In Cursive, I Love You", was used as inspiration for all other aspects of the project. I also completed an acryllic and water paint based portrait. Amanda Fischer choreographed and performed an original dance, which was accompanied by a live pianist playing anoriginal piece of music composed by Colton Wood and Adam Fabirkiewicz.
The collaborative project was presented as a performance and poster presentation at the Randolph College Symposium of Artists and Scholars.
